To qualify for this program, all applicants need to meet the standard Greystar Qualifications and not exceed the Workforce Housing Income Limits of 120% AMI (Area Median Income) – see Qualifications link below. • Complete application for every household member 18 years of age and older
• Income verification items to include but not limited to-

• 2 months’ worth of consecutive pay stubs within the last 90 days
• Bank Statements
• Tax Returns
• Other potential Income – SSI, Child Support, Cash Gifts, etc.

• Additional documents may be required depending on each person’s individual income and assets.
